Feature Comparison: Compare core functionalities, user experience, integration capabilities, analytics and reporting, automation, and
advanced features like AI. Arrange product demos and PoCs.

Evaluate Integration and Customisation: Assess the tool’s ability to integrate with your existing systems (CRM, ERP, monitoring tools) and potential requirement for customisations.

Cost Analysis: Consider total cost of ownership (TCO), including licensing, implementation, training, and ongoing support.

Security and Compliance: Ensure the tool meets regulatory, data privacy, and security standards relevant to your organisation.

Vendor Shortlisting and Ecosystem: Research and evaluate multiple ITSM tool vendors based on features, reputation, and alignment with your business needs. Evaluate the quality of vendor support, documentation, training, and partner ecosystem for long-term success.
